Fans for the Cure is a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating men, and the families who love them, about prostate cancer. Monte worked as the Communications and Marketing Director, helping FANS create and deploy content and strategies that built awareness, engagement, and support across a broad network of hospitals, doctors, Minor and Major League Baseball teams, and national media organizations.
Monte helped legacy radio announcer and founder Ed Randall, and FANS Executive Director Lisa Gallo, raise their organizational profile by creating videos, social media campaigns, brochures, posters, white papers, decks, digital and print material for over 120 professional baseball teams, including the New York Yankees and the New York Mets where FANS offers free screening during games.
